Rundeck is a tool that helps to define, build, deploy and manage automation. It provides web console, CLI tools, and a Web API. It is written in Java and allows you to run tasks across a set of nodes. Have a lot of functionalities, and can be integrated with any OS, DB, and many app. My principal tasks here are:

Help customers to deploy Rundeck in all kind of environments(Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
Support customers to resolve their issues in Rundeck, such as configurations, integrations, etc.
Scripting in bash and python, to automate tasks using the API.
Replicate customers environments in our labs, or Cloud to provide accurate solutions to customers
Joining Zoom meetings with customeres, if is a critical issues that needs to be fixed ASAP, or to clarify any case.
Helping customers to configure and integrate technologies with Rundeck Server, such as: Buckets, Ansible, Containers, Notifications, Terraform...
