Rundeck is a tool that helps to define, build, deploy and manage automation. It provides web console, CLI tools, and a Web API. It is written in Java and allows you to run tasks across a set of nodes. Have a lot of functionalities, and can be integrated with any OS, DB, and many app. My principal tasks here are:

Help customers to deploy Rundeck in all kind of environments(Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
Support customers to resolve their issues in Rundeck.
Support customers to resolve issues related to scripting bash, python.
Replicate customers environments in our labs, or Cloud to see what solution we can give in specific cases
Joining meetings with customeres over all the world, if is a critical issues that needs to be fixed ASAP
Helping customers to configure all type of integrations in Rundeck Server, such as: Grafana, Prometheus, Buckets, Ansible, Containers, Notifications, and more...
